PE42447 & PE42448 SP4T switches for 5G mMIMO
Two brand new switches from PSemi. The PE42447 is a high power (40 dBm) reflective RF switch covering the frequency range 10 MHz to 8 GHz. With low insertion loss and high linearity it’s ideal for implementing the analogue portion of 5G mMIMO hybrid beamforming. No blocking capacitors are required if DC voltage is not present on the RF ports. Click here to download the product brief.
