Despite 'Brexit' it was business as usual at the HSE and the UK regulations transposing EMF Directive 2013/35/EU into UK legislation came into force. These are called 'The control of Electromganetic Fields at Work Regulations 2016' (or the acronym CEMFAW) and place some duties on all employers i.e. EMF exposure assessment & risk assessment with other requirements kicking in depending on the findings of the assessment.
